Your first property is full price; every one after it is discounted on a sliding scale, so the more you have, the less each one costs.

The build fee is paid in full at purchase. Maintenance has a minimum 6-month term from activation — cancel anytime, though an early cancellation fee applies before the 6 months are complete.
